Leah McCarthy has extensive experience in the customer service and accounts sector, having served at Cyara since December 2013 in an accounts role. Prior to this, Leah worked at Johnson & Perrott Ltd from January 2001 to December 2013 as a service advisor, where valuable skills in client relations and service management were developed.
