Logesh Balasubramaniam

Logesh Balasubramaniam is the Managing Director at SpearMC, a global IT consulting firm. Logesh has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Logesh started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Infosys Technologies Ltd in June 2008. Logesh then moved to Oracle as a Staff Consultant in April 2009. In February 2011, they joined The University of Auckland as a Senior Analyst/Developer. In January 2015, they were appointed as the Director of PeopleSoft, Cloud and Digital Services at Presence of IT. Logesh was responsible for defining strategy, providing ongoing technology advisory and driving the development of innovative solutions for PeopleSoft and related cloud and digital services.

Under Logesh's leadership, the PeopleSoft practice at Presence of IT grew significantly and became one of the most successful practices within the company. Logesh was responsible for managing a team of highly skilled, multi-disciplined consultants and managers who delivered consulting services to clients across North America. Logesh was also accountable for driving consulting utilisation and customer satisfaction for PeopleSoft practice.

In September 2020, Logesh joined SpearMC as the Managing Director. In this role, they are responsible for spearheading the company's global expansion plans and driving growth in new markets. Logesh is also responsible for setting up new practices and expanding existing practices.

Logesh Balasubramaniam has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Amrita Institute of Technology & Science. Logesh is certified by Oracle in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Classic - Implementation Specialist 2017 and by the Project Management Institute in Certified Associate in Project Management.
