Richard Cardone

Richard Cardone is the Chief Operating Officer at Spearmint Energy since March 2022. Prior to that, Richard held the position of Managing Director at TJM Brokerage, LLC from May 2017 to March 2022. With a background in finance, Richard has also served as Senior Vice President Listed Derivatives Sales at ED&F Man Capital Markets and as the Founder & COO at Azure Peak Advisors. Richard holds a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
