Hung Doan, PE, PMP has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Hung started their career as an Engineering Intern at the City of Corona, Department of Water & Power in March 2011, where they worked until June 2012. Hung then joined SPEC Services, Inc. in October 2012 as a Lead/Senior Pipeline Designer and worked in this role until January 2015. Hung was then promoted to the position of Project Engineer and worked in this role from January 2015 to August 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project Engineer at SPEC Services, Inc. from August 2019 to present. Throughout their career, Hung Doan has gained valuable experience in various engineering roles and has displayed their expertise in project management.

Hung Doan, PE, PMP completed their education in Civil Engineering. Hung earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2008 to 2010. Hung then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their educational background, Hung Doan has obtained professional certifications. In December 2014, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of California, Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. Furthermore, in January 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
