Carl Sokolinski

Carl Sokolinski is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in law and management. Currently contracting as an attorney with Consilio LLC since February 2017, Carl works on cases involving government agencies and large corporations. Simultaneously, Carl serves as an attorney at Special Counsel and previously specialized in business law, government law, contract law, and securities regulation at Spiegel & Utrera. Prior to their legal career, Carl held management roles in the restaurant industry, including as a general manager at JT's Bar and Grill and as a restaurant manager and executive chef at Shepherd Artisan Coffee. Carl holds a JD degree from Cooley Law School and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Purdue University.
