Tom Groom

Tom Groom is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the computer, geospatial, and eDiscovery industries. After retiring in September 2023, Tom is currently working as a Dive Master in Barbados while playing bass at Harvest Bible Chapel. Prior to retirement, Tom held significant roles at various companies, including Division Director and Senior Consultant at Consilio LLC, Vice President and Managing Director at Special Counsel, and Vice President of Discovery Engineering at D4 LLC. Tom has a strong background in e-discovery workflows and business development, having previously worked at Whitmont Legal Technologies, IKON, IBM, and Southwestern Company. Tom's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the University of Arkansas.
