Timur Mingazov

Timur Mingazov has extensive experience in leadership and management within the industrial sector, currently serving as the Deputy CEO at Special Economic Zone "Alabuga" since May 2016, with responsibilities in resident relations, development of engineering capabilities, and exploitation, as well as managing the Industrial Park Alabuga-2 project. Prior to this role, Timur held the position of CEO at Техносервис from April 2012 to May 2016 and worked as a Sales Manager at Mechel in 2011-2012. Earlier experience includes a role as a Regional Sales Manager at Сатурн from January 2010 to January 2011. Education was obtained at Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev – KAI, where a degree in Engineering with a focus on Standardization and Certification was earned from 2008 to 2015.
