Ed Dean Jr.

Ed Dean, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ed began their career as a Peer Referral and Orientation Staff at Rowan University in 2006, where they worked until 2008. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Marketing Student Intern at American Collegiate Intramural Sports (ACIS). In 2008, they worked as an Advertising Student Intern at Harmelin Media. In 2009, they served as an Interim Intramural Coordinator at Austin Peay State University until 2010. Ed then worked as a Laborer at The Mercer County Park Commission from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined The College of New Jersey as an Assistant Intramural and Sport Club Coordinator until 2013. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Associate Project Manager at Compass Healthcare Marketers. Since 2014, they have been associated with Special Olympics New Jersey, initially as a Law Enforcement Special Events Manager until 2020 and currently as the LETR Special Events Director.

Ed Dean, Jr. pursued their higher education starting from the year 2004 till 2009 at Rowan University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Advertising & Public Relations. Later, from 2009 to 2010, they attended Austin Peay State University, earning their Master of Science degree in Health and Human Performance with a specialization in Public Health Education.
