Nicole Fleck has a diverse work experience that spans various roles. Nicole started their career as a Physical Education & Health Teacher at West Orange Public School District in 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Varsity Assistant Softball Coach & Junior Varsity Basketball Coach at West Orange High School. Prior to that, they served as a Play Unified Head Coach at Special Olympics New Jersey starting in 2016. In 2013, Nicole worked as a Guest Services Representative at MetLife Stadium. Nicole also has experience in supervising and counseling at Wood-Ridge Recreation as a Summer Camp Supervisor & Counselor since 2010. Before that, they were a Student Teacher at Wayne Township Public Schools in 2017. Additionally, they have worked as a Summer Camp Instructor at Wood-Ridge Basketball & Baseball Camps from 2009 to 2014.

Nicole Fleck pursued their Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree from William Paterson University of New Jersey between 2012 and 2016.
