Renny Springuel

Renny Springuel has extensive experience in both coaching and technical management. Since September 2006, Renny has served as a Volunteer and Head Coach for Snowshoeing, Cycling, and Bocce with Special Olympics, participating in key events such as the 2009 Winter World Games and the 2011 World Games in Athens, Greece. Renny also volunteered with Special Olympics Maryland since 2005. In the professional arena, Renny worked as an Application Support Manager and GV Application Service Consultant at ADP from March 2012 until September 2023, and previously held positions as Director of Payroll Technology at Amtrak and Senior Business Application Analyst at PHI. Renny's early career includes a tenure as Chief Plant Engineer at Pepco. Renny holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Saint Anselm College.
