Rachel Dill currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Special Olympics Massachusetts since April 2023. Rachel's earlier experience includes roles at SHOES.COM from May 2008 to January 2015, where Rachel was a Merchandising Brand Manager, Merchandising and Integrations Associate, and an intern. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Psychology from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst in 2009 and also studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2007.

The mission of Special Olympics Massachusetts is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for all children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, prepare for entry into school and community programs, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills and friendships with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
