Matt Cohen has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, specifically in sports and health programs. Matt served as the Chief Program Officer at Special Olympics Northern California, where they were responsible for overseeing the organization's program operations. Prior to this role, they held the position of Sr. Vice President of Sports at the same organization for nearly two decades. Additionally, Cohen worked as the Assistant PE Director at Lawrance Family JCC from 1999 to 2001.
Matt Cohen attended Humboldt State University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
