Stephanie Palladini

Stephanie Palladini currently serves as Chief Mission Officer at Special Olympics Rhode Island, a role held since April 2024. Prior to this position, Stephanie held various leadership roles at ALEX AND ANI from June 2012 to April 2024, including Chief of Staff and Vice President of the Strategic Management Office. Stephanie's career also includes experience at United Cerebral Palsy of Rhode Island, where responsibilities involved supporting special needs individuals, and earlier roles in customer service at Shaw's Supermarkets and an internship at GT Safety Products, Inc. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management from Rhode Island College, graduating in 2012.
