Kate McKenna is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in content production and editorial oversight. Since April 2010, Kate has served as the Senior Director of Marketing Production and Content at the Special Olympics, where responsibilities include the strategic development and deployment of integrated marketing campaigns and fostering a culture of creativity. Previously, Kate held the position of Editorial and Multimedia Director at the same organization, overseeing a diverse range of written and multimedia content. Prior to joining the Special Olympics, Kate worked at The Associated Press for over 17 years, advancing from National Editor/National Writer to Assignment Editor/TV Planning Editor, supervising and crafting national and international news coverage.
