Onolee Stephan

Onolee Stephan is an experienced public health professional with a strong focus on community health programs and oral health initiatives. As the Director of Community Health Programs at Special Olympics since November 2012, Onolee has demonstrated leadership and program management expertise. Prior experience includes serving as the Program Director for Oral Health at the Vermont Department of Health, where Onolee managed federal grants and led clinical teams. Additionally, Onolee directed the Vermont Comprehensive Cancer Prevention and Control Program and coordinated research efforts at Boston University’s School of Dental Medicine. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
