Ottie Collins has significant experience in human resources and project assistance, currently serving as an HR Advisor at Specialist Risk Group since December 2019. This role follows positions as a Human Resources Assistant and Personal Assistant to the CEO, COO, and CFO within the same organization, which specializes in providing expert insurance solutions for niche industries. Prior to this, Ottie worked as a Project Assistant and Personal Assistant at Small Steps Project, a humanitarian organization focused on assisting children and families in vulnerable situations. Earlier experience includes working as a Hospitality Supervisor at THE FIELD KITCHEN LIMITED. Ottie Collins holds A Levels in Psychology, Art, and Film Studies from the University of Brighton and St. Laurence School, with studies ranging from 2011 to 2017.
