Elizabeth Potter

Elizabeth Potter, MCIPD, has a strong background in Human Resources. Elizabeth began their career as an HR Manager at Vax Ltd in 2008 and held that position until 2013. Elizabeth then moved on to Selfridges, where they worked as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Nicoll Curtin as an HR Manager for a few months before joining SThree. At SThree, they held various HR positions, including HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR UK&I, and Head of HR UK&I and APAC. Elizabeth's most recent role at SThree is as an HR Director, a position they have held since December 2022.

Elizabeth Potter, MCIPD holds a BSc in Business Administration and Psychology from Aston University. Elizabeth also has an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (Chartered) from CIPD - Worcester College of Technology. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including an Advanced Award in Organisation Design and Development from CIPD and an Occupational Testing Course, Level A from Saville and Holdsworth (SHL).
