Heather Ratliff DO, FACOI, FASN, DABOM serves on the Scientific Advisory Board at Alio since May 2024 and is a member of the Medical Advisory Board for the Eastern Tennessee region at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where Ratliff has held the position of Medical Director since January 2019. In addition, Ratliff provides services as a nephrology consultant for Thea Health and has been a Physician Advisor for Utilization Management at Charleston Area Medical Center since March 2022. As a tele-nephrology consultant, Ratliff has worked with multiple telemedicine companies, including Sitka, Eagle Telemedicine, and Specialist TeleMed. With extensive experience in nephrology, Ratliff has been a physician at Greenbrier Nephrology since January 2017 and has held academic positions as an Adjunct Professor and Assistant Professor at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine since January 2012. Ratliff's educational background includes a Nephrology Fellowship at WFUBMC, an Internal Medicine Residency at WVU-CAMC, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
