Hayley Lloyd is an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting individuals with disabilities and enhancing employment opportunities for autistic individuals. Currently serving as a Specialisterne Consultant at Specialisterne Australia since April 2021, Hayley assists organizations in effectively recruiting and supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Prior to this role, Hayley was the Business Manager - Packaging at Aruma from June 2018 to April 2021, where Hayley focused on competitive operations while addressing the employment needs of employees with disabilities. Additionally, Hayley worked at Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) as an Employment Mentor from 2017 to April 2021, guiding adults on the spectrum in their transition to the workforce. Earlier in their career, Hayley spent over 14 years with Flight Centre Limited, ultimately serving as Manager of Recruitment & Career Coaching, where Hayley successfully implemented initiatives to improve staff retention across the organization. Hayley completed education at Bryn Elian High School from 1987 to 1992.
