Bianca Go

Bianca G. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Program Delivery at Specialisterne Canada since January 2022, where responsibilities include organizing initiatives to promote neurodiversity in the workplace. Simultaneously, Bianca participates in the DiverseCity Fellowship with CivicAction, engaging with change-makers in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Prior to these roles, Bianca held positions such as Program Manager and Project Manager at AccessNow, where achievements included designing a data-gathering program that earned the 2021 Employer of the Year Award. Bianca's background also encompasses project coordination roles at Economical Insurance and project management at Q4, along with experience in sales administration and international youth exchange management. Bianca holds an Honours Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University and a Leadership and Inclusion Certificate from Centennial College.
