Steve Ross

Steve Ross has extensive work experience in the finance and mortgage industry. Steve currently holds the position of Second Assistant Vice President at Specialized Loan Servicing. Prior to this, they founded and directed the Secondary Marketing Financial Leaders in Denver, where they served as the Director of Secondary Marketing Finance. Steve has also worked at Zions Bancorporation as a Product Implementation Manager, responsible for coordinating product and investor requests, and at Titan Capital Solutions as the Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, managing risks associated with correspondent lending. Steve has held various roles at Aurora Bank FSB, including AVP Pre-Foreclosure Lead Review Supervisor and AVP Counterparty Risk Management. Steve has also worked at Fannie Mae as a Senior Business Analyst, at Fremont Investment & Loan as an AVP for Structured Finance, and at First Alliance Mortgage, AMRESCO, and Fidelity Federal Bank in different finance-related roles. Steve Ross attended Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 1984 to 1987. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
