Navin Dua

Navin Dua is an accomplished Director of Engineering and Operations with extensive experience in manufacturing leadership. They founded Sinecos Group of Companies in 1989, where they managed all aspects of the business, growing sales significantly over 12 years. Navin has held key positions at various organizations, including as Director of Quality and Process Engineering at Tekni-Plex, Inc., where they implemented successful quality management systems and led multi-plant operations. Currently, they serve as Director of Engineering at Specialized Packaging Group, overseeing engineering functions and driving operational improvements across multiple locations. Navin holds a degree in Production Engineering from Pant College and a high school diploma in Science from Summer Fields School.
