Omar Rasheed

Omar Rasheed, PT. MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various healthcare organizations. Omar currently holds the position of Director of Operations & Allied Health at Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH), a role they assumed in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Inpatient Therapy Services at SRH from February 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining SRH, Omar worked as the Director of Operations at American Hospital Dubai from August 2021 to January 2022. Omar also held the position of Director of Operations at Capital Health from December 2018 to August 2021, where they previously served as the Therapy/Rehabilitation Manager from July 2017 to October 2019.

Omar's career began in 2003 when they worked as a Physical Therapist at the Jordan Meningitis Foundation. Omar later joined Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs in 2006, where they held the roles of Physical Therapist 1 and Supervisor of Physical Therapy until 2017.

During their career, Omar has demonstrated their expertise in physical therapy and healthcare administration, continuously taking on leadership positions.

Omar Rasheed, PT. MBA graduated from Hashimate University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Healthcare Administration from Notting Hill College. Later in 2016, they attended The British University in Dubai and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
