Charline Berry

Charline Berry currently serves as the Global Chief People & Culture Officer at Specialized Bicycle Components, a role undertaken since January 2023, focusing on building the people and culture function to support sustainable growth. Previously, Charline was the Chief Human Resources Officer for the European sector at PepsiCo, overseeing HR operations for approximately 40,000 employees across several countries until January 2023. Other significant roles include VP HR for Europe at Coty and SVP HR for Global Supply Chain & Procurement during the Wella company divestiture. Charline's extensive experience at Danone spanned over two decades, culminating as Global Talent Senior Director for Operations & Procurement. Earlier career experience includes a role as Relocation Manager at Europ Assistance. Charline holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Maitrise in Business and Languages from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
