Rob Postma

Rob Postma is an experienced operational excellence professional with a strong background in manufacturing and value stream management. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Specialty Coating Systems, Inc. since February 2015, Rob has previously held key positions such as ValueStream Manager at Parker Hannifin, where Rob developed high-performance work teams and facilitated Kaizen events, and at Converteam, where Rob implemented the ValueStream concept. Rob's extensive management experience includes overseeing up to 50 direct reports at Andersen Corporation and managing operations at Maytag Appliances and Firestone Agricultural Tire Plant. Rob began a career in supervision at UPS, where foundational leadership and problem-solving skills were developed. Rob holds an MBA in Operations Management from American InterContinental University and a BA in Biology, Chemistry, and Environmental Sciences from Simpson College.
