Elliott Spencer

Elliott Spencer is a Support Specialist at Breville | Sage since December 2023, providing direct support to Baratza and Lelit customers and assisting in team training globally. With ongoing experience as an Authorized Instructor Trainer for the Specialty Coffee Association since November 2017, Elliott holds certifications in Barista and Brewing class levels. Previous roles include General Manager at Coffee & Tea Collective, overseeing two café locations and managing wholesale programs, as well as Wholesale Manager positions at Hagen Coffee Roasters and Coffee & Tea Collective. Earlier experience includes various positions at Starbucks, where Elliott excelled in beverage quality and staff training, and roles in technology and corporate account management. Elliott holds a BA in Economics from Western Washington University and has been involved in Specialty Coffee education since 2015.
