Thomas Edouard has a diverse work experience in the coffee and food industry. Thomas started their career in 1998 as a Sensory Scientist at Cadbury plc. Thomas then joined Nestlé in 2003, where they worked as a Coffee Expert and later became the Sensory International Manager. In 2012, Thomas joined SCAE as a Member of the Education Committee and the Research Committee. In 2015, they transitioned to Nestlé Nespresso as the Sensory and Consumer Manager. Additionally, they served as the QA Lab Manager at Nestlé in 2003.
Thomas Edouard attended AgroSup Dijon from 1993 to 1996, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. During the same time period, they also attended ENSBANA and obtained a Master of Science degree in Food Science & Technology.
