Matthew McClure

Matthew McClure has extensive work experience in the mining and energy industry. Matthew started their career at Peabody Energy in 2007, where they served as an Environmental Engineer and later as an Environmental Supervisor, responsible for compliance and permitting for multiple aspects of environmental regulations. In 2011, they joined Alpha Natural Resources as a Manager of Greenfield Projects, overseeing environmental processes and permitting for new mining projects. From 2012 to 2015, they held the position of Senior Manager of Environmental Affairs at Alpha Natural Resources. Since 2015, Matthew has been working at Specialty Granules LLC, where they have held various roles, including Director of EHS & Mine Planning and Senior Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Roofing Operations at Specialty Granules LLC.
