Victor Navarro

Victor Navarro currently serves as SVP and Head of International Property, Engineering, and Construction at Specialty MGA UK since September 2023, overseeing underwriting across key territories including LATAM and a global scope. Prior to this role, Navarro held senior positions at TransRe, including SVP and AVP roles focused on underwriting engineering and property from October 2012 to February 2025, and held various underwriting and leadership positions at AIG, Transatlantic Reinsurance Company, SCOR, St Paul Re, and Americana de Reaseguros. Navarro also has experience in education as an instructor and professor in underwriting techniques and risk management. Navarro earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pará.
