Kayla Seay

Kayla Seay is currently an Admissions Representative at Chamberlain University, where responsibilities include assisting potential students in submitting applications for MSN and NP programs while engaging with prospective students in a call center environment. Prior to this role, Kayla served as a Training Specialist and Medical Documentation Specialist at Augmedix, coaching scribes and assisting physicians with electronic medical records. Additional experience includes working as a Community Health Worker at HMSA, a Health Educator at Gateway Community Services, and various roles in customer service and healthcare, including as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Kayla holds a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Florida, along with additional education in project management through Coursera.
