Concurrently, Andy is a Managing Director and Co-founder of Ascent Advisory Partners, LLC, providing M&A and strategic advisory services to lower middle-market enterprises. With a robust background in board memberships across various companies, including Specialty Tile Products and Automated Systems Design, Andy has also held significant roles at VRA Partners, LLC, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Andy holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting from Auburn University.
