Courtney Foster

Courtney Foster has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Courtney is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Specialty1 Partners, where they are responsible for building and implementing human resource processes, strategically growing the organization structure, and managing compliance with employment laws. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Specialty1 Partners. Prior to their role at Specialty1 Partners, Courtney was the Director of People Operations at Bright Tiger Dental, where they oversaw various HR functions and ensured compliance with state laws. Courtney also worked at Samson Dental Partners as the Director of Human Resources and Recruitment, where they managed compensation and benefits programs and developed HR policies. Additionally, Courtney has experience in brand recruiting coordination at the Kansas City Track Club, where they managed events, social media, and promotional activities.

Courtney Foster has a diverse education history. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology from Park University. Then, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at The University of Kansas, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. During the same period, they also earned a Human Resources Certificate in Human Resources Development from The University of Kansas. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, Courtney attended Creighton University, where they completed their Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. In addition to their academic achievements, Courtney Foster holds a certification as a Certified Running Coach, obtained in July 2012 from the Road Runners Club of America.
