Jonathon Cosman

Jonathon Cosman has extensive work experience in talent recruitment and management, as well as operations in the healthcare industry.

From 2021 to the present, Jonathon worked at Specialty1 Partners as the Vice President of Talent Recruitment. In this role, they focused on improving staff recruiting metrics, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, and organic EBITDA growth. Jonathon also implemented new platforms to support the enterprise and streamlined the talent pipeline.

Before that, Jonathon worked at ImmediaDent from 2016 to 2021. Jonathon started as a Dental Assistant and eventually became the Director of Patient Experience. In this role, they were responsible for creating and improving the patient experience, marketing, call center operations, compliance, training, and development. Jonathon also served as the Regional Director of Operations and Area Manager of Operations, where they managed multiple practices, handled P&L management, and achieved revenue growth. Additionally, they worked as a Practice Manager of Operations and Treatment Coordinator, where they supported day-to-day operations and coordinated treatment plans for patients.

Jonathon Cosman obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, where they studied from 2021 to 2025. In addition, they completed the Applied Marketing Strategies certification at Soomo Learning in April 2021.
