Victor Sandoval

Victor Sandoval has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and procurement roles. Victor is currently serving as the Vice President of Procurement and Facilities at Specialty1 Partners since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Procurement at BayMark Health Services from December 2021 to June 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Victor held the position of Director of Supply Chain, Facilities, and Construction at Smile Doctors Support Services, where they managed all aspects of daily operations and created key performance indicators for supply chain and facilities.

Before that, they served as the Director of Supply Chain at iFLY Indoor Skydiving from 2016 to 2018. Victor oversaw the implementation of the supply chain strategy and managed budgets and strategic planning for wind tunnel sales and constructions.

From 2013 to 2016, Victor worked as the Global Supply Chain Director at Kimble Chase Life Science and Research, leading the operations and strategy across multiple manufacturing plants and distribution centers.

Prior to that, they held the position of Americas Regional Sourcing Manager at LM Wind Power from 2010 to 2013, where they oversaw the supply chain in multiple factories.

Victor started their career at Siemens in 2000 as a Sr. Materials and Logistics professional, where they executed purchasing functions, monitored international logistics, and optimized the supply base.

From 2007 to 2009, Victor Sandoval pursued an MBA in International Management at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
