Amber Blocker

Amber Blocker, CNIM, is an experienced Surgical Neurophysiologist III with a strong background in intraoperative neuromonitoring. Currently employed at SpecialtyCare since January 2019, Amber has developed expertise in monitoring various surgical procedures, including Thyroidectomy, Parotidectomy, and Carotid Endarterectomy. Prior experience includes working as an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technologist at the Georgia Neurosurgical Institute from August 2017 to December 2018, where Amber enhanced clinical skills in lumbar, thoracic, and cervical surgeries, as well as skull-based and endovascular procedures. Additionally, Amber worked at NuVasive from August 2015 to August 2017, providing intraoperative monitoring across multiple states for spinal procedures.
