Carisse Mittiga

Carisse Mittiga currently serves as the Director of Customer Insights & Analytics at SpecialtyCare, where responsibilities include driving customer retention initiatives and training the organization on the Clinical Partners for Life experience philosophy. Carisse also owns Corby’s Irish Pub since 2009. Prior experience at Press Ganey includes several leadership roles, culminating in the position of Director of Support Services, overseeing Tier 1 Customer Service Support and managing internal operations. Additional roles at Press Ganey involved product management and operational efficiency, contributing to the development of product strategy and quality management. Carisse's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
