Marcy Konja

Marcy Konja is an accomplished professional in the field of sterile processing, currently serving as Vice President of Sterile Processing Solutions at SpecialtyCare since December 1997. In this role, Marcy provides consulting and oversight, demonstrating leadership through previous positions as Senior Director of Sterile Processing Operations and Quality Improvement and Director of Quality Improvement, where responsibilities included managing Quality Improvement programs across multiple hospitals. Additionally, Marcy is a voting member on various Sterilization Standards Committees with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) since 2011. Marcy's career began at Beaumont Hospital, where experience as Sterile Processing Supervisor was gained from May 1984 to May 1997. Education includes attendance at Oakland Community College and Dondero High School.
