Phil Hardman

Phil Hardman, CPA has a diverse professional background starting as an Assurance Senior at EY before moving into roles in corporate development and business development at Covenant Physician Partners and Compassus. Currently serving as the Senior Director Corporate Development at SpecialtyCare, Phil's experience spans mergers & acquisitions, strategic development, and teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee. Phil holds a Master of Accountancy in Audit and Controls from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the Haslam College of Business.
