Scott Furstenau

Scott Furstenau is an experienced Surgical Neurophysiologist with a career spanning over a decade in the field of intraoperative neurological monitoring. Since September 2011, Scott has been employed at SpecialtyCare, Inc., providing services in pediatrics, spine, intracranial, ENT, and peripheral orthopedics, supported by CNIM certification from ABRET. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Surgical Monitoring Associates from October 2008 to September 2011, focusing on similar areas of monitoring. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained in May 2003, and furthered education at Jefferson Health from 2004 to 2008.
