Rudy Robles-Moreno

Rudy Robles-Moreno has worked in a variety of roles in the IT and communications fields. In 2022, they began working as a Junior IT Business Analyst and IT Business Intern at SpeciCare - The Leader in Biospecimen Management. That same year, they also began working as a SOC Analyst at Versetal Information Systems, where they worked with a ticketing system to service multiple customers with thousands of endpoints, managed EDR and SIEM, and developed SOPs to troubleshoot security issues. In 2020, they began working as an Administrative Assistant VoIP Support at JM Communications, where they managed customer support issues, worked with a team to resolve customer issues with their VoIP systems, and generated projected profits and profit margins on potential customers.

Rudy Robles-Moreno obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Georgia - Mike Cottrell College of Business between 2018 and 2019. Rudy also holds the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in October 2022, and the HIPAA Associate (HIPAAA) from HIPAA Training, which they obtained in April 2022.
