Harshil Gadhia

Harshil Gadhia has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Core Committee Member and Technical Head at IIChE-VIT. In 2015, they were a Chemical Engineering Intern at Gulbrandsen Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd. where they learned about a portion of the manufacturing process of aluminium chloride and scaling up operations. In 2016, they were a Process Engineer Intern at Transpek-Silox Industry Pvt Ltd. where they performed material and energy balance, made PFDs, and performed cost estimation and profitability analysis. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University where they developed novel emulsion based PDLC smart films and worked on a team project to understand the adhesion mechanism of BPA coatings. Harshil also graded assignments and provided feedback. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Application Engineer and Application Engineer at Sensory Analytics where they carry out on-site and virtual software training, provides technical support to the sales team during product demonstrations, and answers technical questions from the client's team.

Harshil Gadhia's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University from 2017 to 2019, and a Postgraduate Program in Data Science from Purdue University from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Harshil has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) from Udemy in December 2018, Using Python to Access Web Data from Coursera in July 2020, and Data Science Capstone from Simplilearn in July 2022.
