Fareed Albarghouthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently, Fareed serves as Chief Executive Officer at both Mostadam Plus Engineers and Project Managers and CEM Gulf LLC, focusing on innovative project delivery and infrastructure development in the GCC region. As a founding member and Executive Director at Specon Group, Fareed has played a crucial role in transforming the company into a Tier 1 contractor with a diverse project portfolio. Previous roles include Technical Manager at Archdome and various engineering and management positions at Aldar Laing Orouke Construction LLC. Fareed holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Jordan.
