Zoran Bakalar is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at Specon Group, overseeing project management for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting installations since January 2015. Previously served as Service Manager at District Cooling Company, ATLAS Group, where leadership involved maintenance and management of refrigeration systems in various settings, including hotels and district cooling plants. From June 2011 to February 2014, held the position of Senior MEP Works Manager at Atlastelecom, ensuring timely project completion for Emirates Pearl Development & Investment LLC. Zoran Bakalar is also the owner of SATOR d.o.o. with a long-standing career in the industry. Education includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermodynamics from the University of Zagreb, obtained between 1972 and 1978.
