Danea Chandler

Danea Chandler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Danea currently works at Specsavers as a Data Enablement Lead, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining data resources and promoting data quality and accountability across the organization. Prior to this role, they worked at Wilko as a Data Governance & Quality Lead, where they focused on implementing data governance policies and procedures. Danea also gained experience as an Interim Data and Insight Lead at Yorkshire Housing, where they were responsible for transforming data capabilities and establishing a data governance structure. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Howdens Joinery Co as a Supply Business Intelligence Manager and at Arco Ltd as a Business Intelligence Manager, CRM Manager, and Marketing Manager. In these roles, they gained experience in leading BI teams, implementing SAP systems, and managing marketing campaigns.

Danea Chandler earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Hull from 1981 to 1984. In 1992, they obtained a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside. Finally, from 2010 to 2013, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Hull.
