Jennifer Puxley BA (Hons) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Continuous Improvement & Development Manager at Specsavers since September 2022, Jennifer facilitates communication between Group Technology and Business, while managing the Global HR Technology Roadmap. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Toro Recruitment as Continuous Improvement & Development Manager and Performance Manager, overseeing employee development, quality compliance, and HR management. Previous positions include LMS Manager at Hampshire County Council, Data Manager at Kingfisher plc, Commercial Manager at More Than Safety LTD, Customer Operations Manager at Medtronic/Covidien, and Master Data Manager at Alcon.
