John McGuinness

John McGuinness is the Head of Retail Operations at Specsavers Home Visits, offering extensive experience as an Area Manager overseeing a broad geography in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Optometry from Cardiff University in 2009 and qualified as an optometrist that same year. John began their career as an Optical Assistant at Optical Express and transitioned into management shortly after, becoming an Area Manager in 2016. Their previous roles included positions at Boots Opticians as Area Manager and Optometrist, where they worked from 2017 to 2023, and they are currently involved in a position as Regional Relationship Manager at Specsavers.
