Laura Sharrott McIpd

Laura Sharrott MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director for Group Functions Business Partnering at Specsavers since April 2009, with previous roles including Director of HR for Supply Chain, Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Prior to joining Specsavers, Laura worked as a Compensation & Benefits Officer at Tetra Pak from September 2007 to April 2009 and as an HR Officer at Palethorpes from October 2006 to September 2007. Laura holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, an MCIPD credential from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Modern Languages (French & Japanese) from Liverpool John Moores University.
