Liz Silva

Liz Silva is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Internal Communications Manager at Specsavers since May 2022, Liz previously held the role of People Engagement & Knowledge Manager at John Lewis Partnership from December 2019 to May 2022. Prior to this, Liz spent over a decade at Waitrose & Partners as Partner Communications Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Partner Communications strategy and ensuring consistent communication across departments. Earlier career highlights include positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, where Liz developed the internal communications strategy, and Intabex as a Personal Assistant to Company Secretary/Vice President. Educational qualifications include studies at Bracknell & Wokingham College and Emmbrook Senior School.
