Miriam Diamant Toft-Olsen

Miriam Diamant Toft-Olsen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people systems, project management, and HR business partnering across various organizations. Currently serving as the People Systems, Data and Engagement Manager at Specsavers since August 2014, Miriam leads the implementation of SAP Success Factors for Northern Europe and oversees multiple HR projects in the region. Previous roles include Nordic HR Manager at Itella, where responsibility encompassed HR management in Denmark and participation in a global HRD Forum, as well as HR Consultant, providing HR support during significant organizational changes. Earlier experiences include working as HR Responsible at Reckitt Benckiser and establishing the HR function at Basisbank. Miriam's educational background includes a degree in communication and business studies from Roskilde University and certifications in HR-related assessments.
