Susanne Grahn

Susanne Grahn has over 10 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Susanne currently holds the position of Head of HR at Specsavers, where they have been since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Trainer/Lecturer at Addera HR from 2021 to 2022. Susanne also has a strong background in labor relations and workplace safety, having held various roles at Unionen from 2009 to 2021, including Arbetsmiljöspecialist och föreläsare på Unionen Göteborg, Ombudsman med fokus på arbetsmiljöfrågor, and Regional samordnare för studentverksamheten.

Susanne Grahn completed their Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Arbets- och organisationspsykologi at Göteborgs universitet from 2009 to 2022. Susanne also pursued a field of study in Konfliktlösning at the University of Gothenburg in 2021. In the same year, they obtained a degree in Faktaundersökare from Metodicum. Additionally, they earned a Certifierad Kommunikolog degree from The Scandinavian Institute of Communicology between 2011 and 2016. Susanne Grahn also has qualifications in Projektledning, ekonomi with a degree in Affärsinriktad projektledare from IHM Business School in 2009. Susanne gained expertise in Coaching as an ICF Diplomerad coach from CoachCompanion in 2008. Lastly, they completed their initial Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Kulturgeografi at the University of Gothenburg from 2003 to 2007.
